Is This Right For Me?

You've been looking for answers.
This is where to find them.

The traditional medical system wasn't designed for the kind of care menopause actually requires. That's not a criticism, it's just the reality. And understanding that gap is the first step to getting the help you deserve.

The system wasn't built
for this kind of care.

Your primary care provider genuinely cares about you. Your OB/GYN is a skilled clinician. The problem isn't the people. It's the structure they're working within.

A typical appointment runs 15 minutes. After vital signs, prescription refills, and whatever else is on the agenda that day, there simply isn't time to talk about how you've been sleeping, how your mood has shifted, why your brain feels like it's running through fog, or why your body doesn't feel like yours anymore.

Menopause care requires time. It requires someone asking about your whole life, not just your hormone levels. It requires a provider who has made this their entire clinical focus, not one who manages it alongside obstetrics, gynecology, and a full panel of general patients.

"Most women spend years being told their labs are normal, their symptoms are stress, and that this is just part of getting older. It usually isn't, or at least it doesn't have to feel this hard."

At the same time, the wellness industry has stepped into this gap with products, protocols, and promises that aren't always grounded in evidence. Supplements that don't work. Detoxes that don't address the real problem. Influencers who make complex clinical decisions sound simple.

You deserve something in between. The clinical rigor of medicine, with the time and whole-person attention that medicine rarely offers.

These experiences
sound familiar.

This practice was built for women who recognize themselves in these moments. If any of these feel true, you're in the right place.

🩺

Your tests came back normal. But you don't feel normal. You've been told there's nothing wrong, but something is clearly different, and you're tired of being sent home with no answers.

🧠

Brain fog is real and it's affecting your life. You're forgetting words, losing your train of thought, struggling to concentrate at work. You've been told it's stress or anxiety. It might be hormones.

😴

You haven't slept well in months. You wake at 3am, you're drenched in sweat, you lie awake unable to settle. Melatonin isn't cutting it and nobody has talked to you about why this is happening.

💬

You felt rushed or dismissed. You left your last appointment feeling like your concerns weren't fully heard. There wasn't enough time to actually get into it. You want a provider who will sit with you.

🌡️

Hot flashes are disrupting your daily life. They wake you up, they happen at work, they're unpredictable and exhausting. You want actual treatment options, not just advice to dress in layers.

🤔

You've heard mixed things about hormones. You want someone to explain the real evidence, not the 2002 headlines that still shape how most providers talk about HRT, and help you make an informed decision.

⚖️

Your weight has changed and nothing is working. You're eating the same way you always have, exercising, doing everything right, and your body isn't responding. Metabolic changes in menopause are real and treatable.

💛

You just want someone who specializes in this. Not a generalist who will fit you into 15 minutes. Someone who has made menopause their entire clinical focus and stays current on the evidence.

When this might
not be the right fit.

This practice is specialized and focused. That means there are some situations where we aren't the right fit. We'd rather tell you upfront than have you book a visit and find out later.

This practice may not be right for you if:

  • You are looking for a primary care provider or general OB/GYN. This practice focuses exclusively on menopause and GLP-1 weight management.
  • You have an active or recent history of hormone-sensitive cancer. Prescribing HRT in this situation requires oncologist collaboration and may be outside the scope of this practice.
  • You need prescribing that falls outside the scope of menopause and GLP-1 care. Please note that while testosterone is offered here as part of hormone therapy, other controlled substances are not within the scope of this practice.
  • You are not physically located in Michigan at the time of your visits. This is currently a Michigan-based practice.
  • You are pregnant or trying to conceive. This is not the right specialty for that stage of care.
  • You need emergency or urgent care. Telehealth is not appropriate for acute medical situations.

If you're not sure whether your situation fits, send us a message through the contact form. We'll give you an honest answer.
