Monthly members can cancel anytime — membership ends at the close of the billing month. Prepaid 6 and 12-month plans are non-refundable, reflecting the discounted commitment rate.
Scheduling Opening January 2027A note on follow-up care and refills: For safety, prescription refills will not be sent without compliance with recommended follow-up visits. A follow-up is required approximately 6–8 weeks after any medication or dose change. Once your doses are stable, follow-up every 6–12 months is recommended depending on your treatment. This applies to all patients regardless of care path.

We are a cash-pay practice. We don't submit claims to insurance on your behalf. However, we provide a superbill on request — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
Our services are eligible for HSA and FSA payment. Simply use your card at checkout like a regular debit card. If your plan requires a receipt, we provide one with all required information.
If prescribed a GLP-1 medication, the cost is between you and your pharmacy — not included in your visit fee. We help you identify the most affordable cash-pay option at your visit. LillyDirect offers Zepbound starting at $299/month, and GoodRx can reduce costs at your local pharmacy.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full visit fee.
