Our Commitment

The Next Chapter Clinic is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that every woman deserves access to quality menopause care and information, regardless of ability.

Standards We Follow

We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What We Have Done

In building this website we have:

Known Limitations

We are a small solo practice and while we have made significant efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some areas of the website that do not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our site.

Alternative Access

If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or need information in an alternative format, please contact us directly at megan@nextchapterclinic.com. We will work with you to provide the information you need in a format that works for you.

Telehealth Accessibility

Our telehealth visits are conducted via video, which may present barriers for some patients. If you have specific accessibility needs related to your telehealth appointments, please let us know when you contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please email us at megan@nextchapterclinic.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
